Prenatal yoga at Baby and U is a highly specialised form of Hatha yoga based on the Birthlight UK method. We generally recommend starting any-time after you’ve made it through your first trimester. And if you’ve arrived at 36 weeks and have only just found time to join a class – don’t worry it’s never too late to start!

If you are pregnant and experiencing a long-term condition or a new condition has recently manifested, take time to chat with your teacher.

Classes at Baby and U are designed so that you take the time to connect into yourself and your baby and set the stage to approach birth with courage, strength and grace.

I bring to classes tried and accurate yogic teachings, active birth, breathing and relaxation techniques which will give you the physical, mental and emotional confidence to birth your child. Build Strength and flexibility whilst de-stressing and learning to relax..

Please bring yoga mat and pillow.
